Job Description
- Assure solid integrated commercial plans through leading and coordinating the work of all Trade Marketing functions and leads the development of an integrated category package to support sales teams in building quality IBP (Integrated Business Plan) with strategic customers
- Revenue Management and Trade Spend optimization
- Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Category KPI analysis
- Ensure adequate support is provided across categories
- Lead the sales planning cycle
- Merchandisers & Promoters Routes planning.
- Lead Budget build up process
- Coordinate with the Trade Marketing Team to ensure smooth and timely roll-out of activities and branding on across all BRF brands
- Keep good relation with peers and subordinates
- Evaluate and monitor Merchandisers & Promoters teams performance and optimize deployment
- Motivation to complete the job on time
- Sustain excellent relation/communication with external services vendors
Academic Background
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing
