Job Description
- Develop category strategy to ensure substantiable growth, along the portfolio architecture guidelines (mix, price positioning, channels, distribution)
- Translate the defined strategy to BRF planning processes (PO, Cycle & Mobile)
- Actively responsibility over the Category P&L, reporting and identifying deviations while seeking opportunities for improvements across all aspects, including volumes, prices and costs (i.e. value engineering);
- Set clear regional category action plans based on performance diagnosis from both internal and external data;
- Stablish the white spaces, category pipeline and new product opportunities and work along the Innovation team to make it happen;
- Collaborate with S&OP and R&D to design plans to maximize utilization of supply footprint and optimize production costs;
- Work cross-functionally to deliver business plans (S&OP, BDMs, Trade Mkt, Commercial teams) to ensure the right product is available consistently and sold through the right channels at the right mix/price on a day-to-day basis
- Ensuring achievement of business KPIs (volume, revenue & consumption) thorough monthly/quarterly diagnostics (insights, share data, competitor activities, market dynamics) and development of action plans.
- Engage, motivate and help its peers to build continuous better environment, while preparing successors.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s in business management or related, preferably master’s or MBA
