Job Description

The Regional Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the best trade marketing strategies across all GCC region, providing guidelines of execution and KPI’s to control the local team to achieve the best ROI and profitability to BRF.

Prepare, analyze and share inputs of Nielsen Market Share, Epos Data among commercial team and local Trade marketing in the distributions.

Responsible to provide guideline to Category Manager of best execution tools to launch new products and improve the performance of existing ones.

Plan and implement the regional (GCC) TM activities and guidelines (promotions, product launches, regional chain activations).

Ensure that all related parties (local Trade Marketing, sales, merchandising) are fully aligned and have enough support for a smooth implementation.


Guarantee that the TM tools are well implemented vs guideline and track it with KPIs (share of leaflets, share of shelf; market share, index price, numerical distribution, weighted distribution, volumes, revenue).

Manage and be the guardian of the Trade Marketing budget.

Develop and deploy the planogram for each category per region and channel.

Implement the concept of CATMAN and perfect stores in the distributions.

Support regional events and agendas.

Conduct regular trade visits across the regions in GCC.

- Delegate responsibilities and guide a work team, based on the company's culture, contributing to its technical and behavioral development.
- Respond for the formation of your team, selecting the people most adhering to the technical and behavioral requirements, respecting your budget, approved staff and current policy.
- Respond for the management of your team's consequence plans, in order to correct behavior deviations and/or recover performance, in the application of disciplinary measures or preparation of a recovery plan to reverse possible dismissals.
- Respond for replacements of people on your team, following existing processes.
- Respond for the movements of your team (merits and promotions), respecting your budget, approved staff and current policy.
- Conduct organizational changes.
- Plan short, medium and long term actions in order to achieve the results of the area, contributing to the results of the Board and VP.
- Respond for the budget of your area of ​​expertise.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
- Foster a culture of sustainability, encouraging team members to promote management, compliance with the Company's global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) indicators and commitments, ensuring a connection between a strategic vision of the organization and a strategic vision of its area for sustainable development in BRF chain.

Academic Background

Bachelor’s in business management or related, preferably master’s or MBA.
