Job Description

  • Responsible to identify and target potential customers, maintain existing customers, and improve customer relations to increase market penetration and sales turnover
  • Responsible to win share of business with customers & provide stability in forecast using contracts to secure business
  • Responsible to conduct periodic business review with customer, striving for business development agenda
  • Manage customers at all levels and develop relationships with key corporate accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives
  • Manage and recommend pricing strategies according to customer situation in coordination with Sales Managers
  • Analyze competitors' activity and benchmark business shares
  • Analyze and identify customer requirements and provide solutions through the application of products and services
  • Develop and generate ideas for new products based upon market demand and presenting merits of the concept, as well working with R&D team to take it to fruition
  • Plan with Quality team to educate customers about our product specification and quality standards
  • Participate and conduct investigation to provide the customer with reason for the Quality deviation and corrective action plan wherever needed
  • Expand the food service channel by suggesting food solutions that fits today’s requirements   

Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related field
