- Performance in selection processes in all stages that involve recruitment and selection, covering various positions and areas; - Preparation of job description and schedule for internal customers to monitor the selection process; - Disclosure of vacancies on partner sites (Vaga.com and LinkedIn), educational institutions and other sources appropriate to the needs of existing vacancies; - Performance in the Company's Pipeline Programs, from preparing materials for presentation to conducting the selection process; - Huntings to locate professionals according to target companies and market mapping; - Conducting screening, curriculum selection and pre-interviews with professionals, as well as conducting group dynamics for BRF Programs; - Evaluation and interview (traditional and by skills), as well as the preparation of technical and behavioral opinions. - Constant follow up with customers, seeking information for market mapping and analysis of solutions; - Scheduling interviews with internal customers; - Preparation of training materials for presentation to internal customers; - Development of internal projects to optimize the selection process as a whole; - Development of negative feedbacks in the selection processes;Stay tuned on our Website to be aware about all the job opportunities we have!
