Job Description
- Set clear team goals, oversee day-today operations
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Monitor team performance and report in metrics
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issue or conflicts
- Maintain a record of all point of sales material allocated to market
- Leading his team to achieve GTM scorecard target (Route adherence, Location adherence)
- Lead his/her team to achieve Perfect store target (Price, Planogram, MSL)
- Motivate and inspiring team members
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
